Theme Junkie is one of the greatest WordPress theme clubs, which has created many different category based WP themes so far. And if you have recently became a member of the Theme Junkie club and start using any of their themes, then you might have noticed that odd “Designed by Theme Junkie” attribution link in the footer. If you want to remove this attribution link from the footer of your theme, then here are the steps that you need to perform:
(1) Log into your WordPress site’s dashboard.
(2) Go to: Appearance => Editor, from the left sidebar’s options panel of your dashboard.
(3) Now, select the footer.php file from the right sidebar under the templates section.
(4) Now search for this code: <div class=”right”> and remove this code - Designed by <a href=”http://www.themejunkie.com” target=”_blank”>Theme Junkie</a> from that div class.
(5) That’s it, it’s done. Wasn’t that quite simple? Share your views & post your queries in the comments.
